We offer a private house with its own yard, giving you a sense of seclusion in the lively town of Bansko. The house features two bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom.
For us, the perfect temperature is essential to complete comfort. The house features underfloor heating with individual temperature control in every room. Summers in Bansko are naturally cool, but if needed, a high-end air conditioning system is also at your disposal. An open window will fill the space with fresh mountain air, but if you prefer complete privacy, simply close the windows, turn on the ventilation system, draw the curtains and the outside world disappears entirely.
A Wi-Fi network with speeds of up to 600 Mb/s. You can choose the music directly from your phone or tablet and enjoy it through the premium sound system. All external doors are code-operated, so you can always feel secure without spending your holiday worrying about keys. The lighting can be bright, subtle, or ambient - with adjustable brightness that you control simply by holding the button to dim it to your preference.
The yard offers parking space for two cars. If they’re electric, you can conveniently charge them at our charging station. You can make full use of the well-equipped kitchen, or simply relax with a drink in hand by the bar counter on the veranda.
Boards or skis, wet or dry — there’s space for them all. For your boots, there’s a dedicated drying rack. Bikes have their own stand. And for muddy bikes, there’s an outdoor tap with a hose for easy cleaning.
