These General Terms and Conditions are intended to regulate the relationship between “Kabata 2620” Ltd.; EIK 208688903; with registered office and management address: 12 Budilnik Street, Sofia, hereinafter referred to as “we, us, our, the Company”, and the customers, hereinafter referred to as “you, your, the Customer”, of the reservation website “kabata2620.com”, owned by the Company.

3. Terms for reservations

How the reservation process works:
After submitting a booking request, you will be required to pay for the requested number of nights, as well as any additional services you may have selected. No deposit is held. After payment is completed, you will receive a reservation confirmation.Immediately prior to check-in, you will need to provide the necessary information described in the Privacy Policy for registration purposes (we will contact you regarding this). You will then receive an access code for the house.

4. Prices and payment

Prices:
All prices on this website, as well as those listed in the price lists located at the property, are in euros анд инцлуде the applicable tourist tax where such tax applies.
Payment:
We accept payments by bank transfer, as well as by debit/credit card via V-POS. The accepted card types are debit, credit, and business Visa and Mastercard cards. Transactions are processed through the MasterCard Identity Check and VISA Secure security programs. We do not store any bank card data used for payments made through the website. If a refund is required for an amount paid by bank card, the amount will be refunded to the same card used for the payment. For security reasons, the maximum amount for card payments is 6,000 euros.

5. Rights and obligations

1. The Customer has the following rights:
Right of withdrawal:
You may cancel your reservation no later than 30 calendar days before the first overnight stay or 24 hours after making it. We accept reservations made at least two days before the first night of your stay. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unambiguous statement (for example, by email). You may use the attached standard withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notification before the expiry of the withdrawal period. We will refund all amounts paid for the reservation using the same payment method used for the transaction. Right to claim (complaint):
If the service does not correspond to its description, you have the right to submit a complaint requesting: performance of the service in accordance with the contract, a price reduction, or termination of the contract. We are liable for the conformity of the service with the contract for two years after its conclusion and no more than 14 calendar days after the discovery of the non-conformity. A complaint may be submitted orally or in writing. When submitting a complaint, the consumer must also attach the following documents on which the claim is based: receipt or invoice; protocols, reports, or other documents establishing the non-conformity of the service with the agreed terms; other documents establishing the claim in terms of grounds and amount.

By agreeing to these General Terms and Conditions, you declare that you are at least 18 years old.
You agree to use the property responsibly and to take care of the property and its furnishings.
Bringing pets is prohibited.
The maximum number of guests is 4.
Smoking inside the house is prohibited.
Parents take full responsibuility of the safety of their children.
No loud celebrations or parties are allowed.
You agree not to disturb neighbors and to comply with public order regulations.You are responsible for any damages caused during your stay. You may be charged additionally for such damages. In case of refusal to pay, liability may be sought through legal proceedings.

6. Conflict resolution

Alternative dispute resolution (ADR) between consumers and traders represents an out-of-court conciliation procedure based on a voluntary principle. It is carried out through conciliation commissions. You have two options for this:

Disputes shall be resolved in a spirit of goodwill and mutual cooperation, and where this is not possible, through court proceedings in accordance with Bulgarian legislation.
